No Break for Cycling or Lacrosse

Central Washington University has wrapped up finals week and students have begun their long-awaited spring breaks, but CWU Cycling and CWU Lacrosse the grind does not end.Both clubs will forgo their breaks for a weekend and head out of Ellensburg.


CWU Cycling will make the short trip to Bellingham to compete in the North Shore Road Race and Time Trial on Saturday Mar. 17. On Sunday they will finish up with the Delta Criterium. Central is currently in 11th place after one weekend of competition.

Men’s Lacrosse

Central Lacrosse will begin their annual spring break trip in San Jose, CA. They will take on San Jose State at 1PM on Sunday Mar.18. The Wildcats will then head back home with a stop in Arcata, CA to take on the Lumberjacks of Humboldt State. The game will be played on Monday Mar. 19 at 4PM in the Redwood Bowl. Central will look to earn some much-needed victories after their rocky start(1-4,0-1). The Wildcats are led by Chris Johnson(3.8 PPG) and Bowen Hadley (3 PPG).
